Eye care tips:

Myth 1: Some people get used to carrying a bottle of eye drops every day because they spend too much time in front of the computer. Myth 2: Turn off the lights to watch TV. Some people like to turn off the lights next to them when watching TV or using a computer, leaving only the bright light on the screen. Experts point out that this is not right. At this time, the contrast of the light will be particularly high, and the eyes will be particularly prone to fatigue. After a long time, it will affect the vision and even damage the eyes.

 

Myth 3: When some people work on a computer, their eyes are fixed for too long, they are too focused, and they do not blink. In this way, the eyes are easy to dry, and after a long time, there will be a foreign body sensation, tears, and even blurred vision.
